Malek Sarraj partners with clients across industries to help them build and strengthen forward-thinking leadership teams. Jointly based in Zurich and Geneva, he is a core member of the firm’s Technology practice, where he supports clients in developing and growing strong digital and technology capabilities. He leverages deep experience advising companies on growth and digital strategy. Previously, Malek was at McKinsey & Company where he led projects internationally in growth strategy and digital transformation across the power and gas, telecommunication, banking, and insurance industries. Malek also led the integration effort of an EMEA-wide acquisition for a private equity- owned asset in the security space. Before that, Malek worked as a software developer, building front end applications and translating legacy systems into new technology stacks. “Every great journey I can remember, whether privately or professionally, always started and ended with the right people on board.” Malek holds a bachelor’s in philosophy and mathematics from the University of Geneva and a master’s in applied mathematics from ETH Zurich. He speaks fluent German, French and English.
