Based in London, Maja is a member of our Industrial and Natural Resources team. Leveraging her global experience, Maja helps clients to drive business transformation through strategic talent solutions. She focuses on the chemical, biochemical, building material, oil & gas, industrial services, and alternative/renewable energy sectors. Maja’s expertise spans CEO, Board, and other C-suite appointments across P&L leader, operations, commercial, strategy and finance roles for publicly traded, venture capital and private equity-backed clients. Maja is well-versed in advising clients in times of transformation including high growth and turnaround situations, portfolio optimization and M&A. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Maja worked for another global executive search firm based in London and Boston. There, she worked globally, focusing on senior appointments across large multinationals, private equity-backed, and privately owned businesses within the energy, industrial services, and process industries. Maja received her BA in political science from the University of Belgrade in Serbia. She spent a year at Illinois State University as a US Department of State scholar. Maja also holds a master’s degree in public policy from the Central European University in Hungary.
