Maja has a passion for unlocking potential by aligning neuroscience and people development to business strategies, purpose, and values. Based in London, she specializes in leadership transitions, leadership development, and executive team effectiveness, working with organizations across all sectors. Maja was also Chief of Staff to our CEO during our own CEO succession and transition. Before that, she was our Global Head of Commercial Strategy and Operations. Maja joined Russell Reynolds Associates from EY, where she focused on deal strategy, coaching, facilitating immersive client workshops, and high-performing-teams interventions. Early in her career, she spent many years at CEB (now Gartner) advising CHRO’s on human-capital related best practices. She has lived and worked across many cities, countries and continents. Maja holds a BA in biology with a concentration in neural and behavioral sciences from Bryn Mawr College. She holds an Executive Coaching Certification from an ICF accredited program and has extensive experience in presence, mindset, and presentation coaching.
