Maikku works at IMS Talent as Assignment Manager helping national and international companies to find the most suitable candidates for demanding executive and managerial positions. She works closely with the consultants and is responsible for the candidate market research and contacting. Maikku has over 18 years of working experience in Executive Search. Before joining IMS Talent, Maikku worked for another Executive Search company where she has carried out numerous research assignments across different industries, companies and functions. Maikku holds a Finnish Business College degree and is a graduate of the JTO School of Management with a focus on HR functions. Her working languages are Finnish and English.
