Mahalia Lynch is a Managing Associate for Diversified Search Group (DSG) in the Financial Officers Practice, serving various sectors, including healthcare and managed care, financial services, and life sciences. With responsibility for facilitating and executing the search process, Lynch works closely with both Managing Directors and Research Associates to develop unique strategies for each search, utilizing key resources and best practices to further candidate development. Since joining DSG in 2011, Mahalia has led searches for senior leadership positions within Fortune 500 companies and prominent national organizations.
