Luke Meynell specializes in working with FTSE clients or equivalent organizations to deliver complex Chief Executive and Chairman succession projects, as well as other key board appointments, such as non-executive director or CFO roles. Based in London, he chairs the UK’s Board and CEO Advisory Partners and previously led BCAP globally and in the UK. Luke was formerly Managing Partner of The Zygos Partnership, which became part of Russell Reynolds Associates in 2017. Previously, he co-led the European board practice and headed the UK board practice at RRA. Prior to his 25 years of board advisory and search experience, Luke worked at Courtaulds Textiles plc, first in production management and then as group training manager of their 65 operating companies. He ended his tenure at Courtaulds as the Commercial Director for the Nottingham business of the European Lace Group. Luke also served in Northern Ireland, Germany, and Cyprus with the British Army as a Captain in the Royal Armoured Corps. Luke holds an MA in modern history from Christ Church, Oxford University.
