In March 2013, Luiz Valente shifted towards a new venture as Investor and Founder of the Talenses Group, a Brazilian Investment Holding in the Executive Search and Human Capital services sector, that has rapidly become a leading industry player and a market reference in Brazil. As Managing Partner & CEO, Valente is responsible for overseeing the development of Talenses Group in Brazil and Latin America.
