Luis Miguel Jarillo joins Talengo as director for the Catalonia market in two of theprFirm practices, professional services and Corporate &Investment Banking. Luis Miguel began his professional career in the legal field andlegalin two local offices, specializing in corporate transactions, business restructuring, M&A and Due Diligence. In 2013, she began her career in consulting, specializing in national and international professional searches. For five years, she led projects for the financial sector and professional services firms. She advised clients on talent acquisition in various areas, including companies in the expansion phase, professionalization of family businesses, strategic business changes, and mergers and acquisitions. She also participated in the implementation and onboarding of profiles for Shared Service Centers (SSCs) of multinational companies in Barcelona. In 2019, he expanded his experience to leadership consulting by joining ESADE.BusinessSchool. At ESADE, he is not only responsible for closing strategic collaboration agreements between universities and private companies, but also led the strategy for positioning MBA programs in the Financial Times rankings. He directed the implementation of various management development programs with a special focus on the healthcare sector.Investment BankingDuring this period, he established key relationships with leading investment banks, private equity firms, and M&A boutiques, both nationally and internationally. Luis Miguel holds a law degree from the International University of Catalonia and a master's degree in international law from ESADE.
