He has more than 12 years of executive recruiting experience, currently focusing on the consumer goods, retail, and e-commerce markets, specializing in functional roles such as marketing and strategic planning. Experience Luís was a partner at 2Get, a local executive search firm in Brazil, when it was acquired by Heidrick & Struggles in 2019. Before that, he lead the marketing and retail divisions of one of the international specialized recruitment players. He began his career at a leading multinational retailer, working his way up from a trainee to having responsibility for the group's flagship store.
