In 1987, Lucio de Luca held the position of Director, Confectionary Division of Mars Italy and, three years later, was appointed Chief Executive Officer and President of Pepsico Food in Italy and Germany. His career continued at Averna Group as General Manager until 1997 when he moved to Petrini-Spigadoro (Group listed on NASDAQ) as Chief Executive Officer. In 2009 Lucio joined GC Governance Consulting as General Manager and since 2012 he is the Chief Executive Officer of Signium Italy. He has been active in Executive Search since 2000, founding Neusearch in Italy as Senior Partner and CEO joining Signium in 2003. Lucio spent many years (1975 – 1987) in the Marketing Division of Henkel Italy and after a significant experience in Sales, he became Marketing Director. His areas of expertise are Consumer, Energy, Industry, and Retail. Lucio holds a degree in Economics from the University of Naples Federico II and is fluent in Italian and English.
