Lorraine specialises in general management and senior level searches in various sectors with a focus on distribution/retail and services. She is skilled in working with clients on talent management, leadership and organisational issues. Lorraine joined Eric Salmon & Partners in the Paris office following two years with another executive search firm. Prior to her career in executive search, she spent seven years with McKinsey & Company where she advised clients across a variety of businesswithctors, with a strong focus on the retail and industry sectors, working on both strategic and operational topics. She was also deeply involved in professional development and recruitment for McKinsey in their Paris office. Her early career was with Solor Caseurop Distribution, a stainless steel and plastic distributor, where she served as a director helping to achieve the turn-around of the company. Lorraine is a French national and a degreefrom the ESSEC School of Economics and Business. She alsoholds a Master’s degree in modern literature from Paris Sorbonne University and a diploma in business law and international relationship from the Institute of Advanced International Studies (IHEI).
