After five years at GA&A, Lois has established herself as compassionate recruiter, adeptly sourcing strong candidate pools for presidential and provost positions, key chief leadership roles within enrollment management, student affairs, diversity & inclusion, facilities, and technology, in addition to dean roles across disciplines including business, agriculture, and extension. Lois holds a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology from the University of Central Florida, as well as a graduate certificate in data analytics and visualization. Lois’s analytical skills have significantly strengthened the firm’s data-driven initiatives, particularly improving the accuracy and impact of placement tracking and client and placement feedback. She also holds a certificate in grant proposal writing from Fort Hays State University.
