Lisa Porlier assists leading technology companies to solve their most pressing leadership challenges. Based in Toronto, Lisa leads Russell Reynolds Associates’ Technology Sector in Canada and serves as the deputy country manager. Lisa has been with Russell Reynolds since 2004, joining from the University of Toronto, where she was the executive director of the Capital Markets Institute, which provided rigorous research guidance to policy makers on the competitiveness of the Canadian Capital markets. Previously, Lisa worked in investment banking with Scotia Capital Inc., for nine years. As a director and relationship manager, she led the firm's technology practice, working in mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings and corporate finance advisory. Lisa received her BBA with honors from Wilfrid Laurier University and her MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. Lisa is a CFA® charterholder.
