Lisa Karia is Head, People + Culture at Odgers Berndtson Canada. As a member of the leadership team, her role is to establish a Human Resources strategy for the firm through implementation of best practices in areas including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training + development and culture. The priority is to support the strategic imperatives of the firm within a values-led culture that allows all colleagues to learn and develop in their careers, while having fun doing so. With over 25 years of leadership experience in industries including banking, telecommunications, consumer packaged goods, retail and start ups, Lisa has supported and coached businesses to achieve their business objectives through her human resources expertise. Lisa volunteers her time within her community mentoring new grads and early career candidates. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Western University and has her Certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College. She is a Certified Human Resources Leader.
