Profile Lindy joined Sheffield in 2004. She leads the Sheffield Group company and is the Board Secretary. Business Experience Lindy is an experienced manager with a strong practice management, project management and financial management skill set. As the Chief Operating Officer, Lindy is responsible for providing the infrastructure and services that support the consultancy and research teams in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch. Lindy and her team provide services in Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, Candidate Services, Knowledge Management, and Advertising. Being a highly organised and focused person, she is constantly striving for improvements to the way the business uses systems and work practices to ensure Sheffield keeps pace with its changing environment. Lindy enjoys keeping the business informed of new systems and innovations that help the directors and management team make the best decisions for the business whilst balancing business value, risk, and cost. Managing each project though to fruition and seeing its impact is very rewarding for Lindy.
