Dr. Liliana “Lili” Rodríguez serves as vice president and managing director of Greenwood Asher & Associates (GA&A), where she leads strategic initiatives to enhance educational leadership. A partner of Kelly®, GA&A is a premier executive search firm that has offered customized support for educational institutions and related non-profits for over 20 years. Dr. Rodríguez applies her unique blend of psychological expertise, scholarship, and administrative experience to lead a team focused on developing innovative strategies and placing the transformational leaders needed to guide them. With a reputation as a passionate student advocate, Dr. Rodríguez has held executive leadership roles at premier institutions, including vice chancellor of campus life at the University of Denver, where she oversaw all aspects of student life including 20 critical departments, and as associate dean at Swarthmore College, where she reimagined student engagement and residential life. Prior to joining GA&A, Dr. Rodríguez served as vice president and senior consultant at Keeling & Associates, LLC where she led the executive search practice and helped numerous institutions implement sustainable organizational change through evidence-based approaches, divisional reviews, and strategic planning. Dr. Rodríguez holds a PhD and MS in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and maintains an executive coaching certification with a focus in Positive Psychology.
