Expert in employment equity and transformation advisory Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Lerato was a senior partner with Jack Hammer, based in Cape Town, responsible for the employment equity and non-executive director practices. Before this, she was a development executive in charge of corporate funding for Afrika Tikkun, an NGO focused on providing education, health and social services to children and families in six South African townships. Lerato started her career working for a recruitment agency. She subsequently worked for a number of executive search firms in the roles of head of financial services practice, regional director and senior search consultant. Lerato earned a Bachelor of Arts in international relations and political analysis from the University of Cape Town. She speaks English, Sesotho, Zulu, and is conversant in French.
