A rare blend of strategic vision and operational practicality, Leonardo has led companies, launched startups, restructured organizations, and contributed to the management of public affairs. After starting out in marketing at Colgate Palmolive and in the travel industry with Alitalia and Amadeus (of which he was CEO in Italy), he held key roles at Trenitalia and the LVMH group, overseeing the international development of the historic Cova brand. Since 2016, he has lived a "second professional life" in the world of institutions, with roles such as Head of the Department of Commerce and Tourism of the Municipality of Rome, before moving into government as Head of the Secretariat of various ministers, until he was appointed Sole Director of Risorse per Roma Spa. In 2023, he joined Trevisearch, bringing with him a broad vision and a deep understanding of how public and private organizations work. Leonardo speaks fluent Italian, English and Spanish.
