Leanne Northwood is a Partner within Odgers Berndtson’s Executive Search Practice, based in Calgary. She helps organizations secure talent for critical executive roles, focusing primarily on the technology sector. Before her career in executive recruitment, Leanne enjoyed a broad set of experiences gained in a variety of industries including telecommunications, IT, media, and fintech. She brings more than two decades of expertise in functions such as marketing, sales, business development, product management, partner management, and technical delivery. She began her career at Rogers Communications and later served in senior-level positions at Postmedia Network and Celero, a technology company supporting the banking industry. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Leanne led a professional services practice at Amazon Web Services that guided federal government customers with their cloud journey and digital transformation efforts. In addition to her passion working on transformative projects and coaching people to excel professionally, Leanne enjoys skiing and traveling. She earned an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at Western University and is currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University.
