Lea Vajnorsky advises clients across a variety of industries with a focus on digital businesses as well as media, venture capital, e commerce and consumer products. Lea is also a member of the firm's global Inclusive Leadership practice. Lea joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Henkel, where she was the global head of diversity & inclusion and among other projects has developed a global inclusive leadership strategy that was rolled out globally. Before that, she worked for Henkel´s first chief digital officer and founded the XATHON- Europe´s biggest female ideation hackathon and was instrumental for the design and execution of the DigitalBasefit Program – Henkel’s first program for upskilling the workforce with digital knowledge and skills. Lea was also a lecturer in digital strategy & entrepreneurship at WHU and ESCP Europe. She has over a decade of experience across multiple sectors and functions. In her career, Lea advised clients on inclusive leadership, change management, business development and corporate venture capital. She is also the founder and CEO of Wo\men Inc., a platform for career-focused women that hosts events around the globe, as well as offers inclusion consulting. Lea received a BA with honors from the London University of the Arts for PR with events management. In 2019 she was listed in Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list for leadership. She is fluent in English, German, Czech and Spanish and proficient in French.
