Laura Venegoni has more than 15 years' experience in executive search for Middle and Top Management roles, with specific focus on Life Sciences, Chemical, Oil and Gas / Petrochemical industries. After 6 years as Search and Selection Consultant with EXS, she joined RANDSTAD PROFESSIONAL start up where she was skilled in Client and Project Management. Before joining TRANSEARCH, she worked at PROMELEC INTERNATIONAL as Head of Life Sciences and Chemical Division for 5 years, managing recruiters and supporting clients in market mapping and overseas assignments. Laura graduated in Political Sciences and International Relations at Universita’ Cattolica in Milano. She is currently attending a Master with focus on Labour Consultancy. She speaks English, has a rather good knowledge of Spanish and basic in German.
