Kulani holds a BA Admin Degree (Psychology and Economics) and a Diploma in Targeted Selection (FSA Contact). His business career commenced with the SA Academy for Mathematics whereafter he joined Woolworths as a Sales / Customer Service Consultant. A strong interest in recruitment led him to join Lumka & Associates in 2000 as a Recruitment Consultant and Researcher. In 2004 he joined the now SPi as a Researcher specialising in executive search. He has a passion for community development and is closely involved in grassroots projects. He is a jazz fanatic and enjoys playing chess.
