About Ms. Brooks
ead of Operations
Kirsten has spent a number of years working in different practices as a project coordinator and spent some time supporting Stephen Bampfylde too. Kirsten has served as Head of Governance working closely with both the Board of Directors and the Trustee group, ensuring both run effectively. She became the firm’s Head of Operations in 2023.
Prior to joining Saxton Bampfylde, Kirsten spent five years working as an executive assistant for a charity then for an occupational psychology firm. Before that, she studied French and History of Art at the University of Manchester before completing a post grad certificate at Manchester Business School.
