Description

We are looking for a person with a Higher Degree or University Degree and experience in Sales positions in the Human Resources sector or Sales sector to join the Commercial Department team in our Barcelona office. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the mission of the position will be to drive, promote, enhance, and develop the business of the company by selling services to clients in line with the Sales Strategy set by the Commercial Director and the company's image and values. The main functions as a Salesperson include contacting, visiting, and attending to clients interested in our services, anticipating doubts, complaints, or suggestions, managing the sales process effectively, and keeping the database updated with relevant client information.

We are looking for candidates with a Higher Degree qualification, Master's degree, and knowledge in Human Resources, as well as an advanced level of English. We seek profiles with professional competencies such as customer orientation, excellent communication skills, autonomy, proactivity, results orientation, adaptation and reorganization of priorities, and previous knowledge of the product to be sold or similar.
