Kevin Strohl joined Slayton Search Partners in 2022 as a Vice President & Principal. He supports executive-level searches within Slayton’s Financial practice, but he expands his reach into other areas of the organization as capacity demands. Kevin focuses on building client relationships and recruiting top professionals for insurance companies across the Life, Health, and Property/Casualty industry across all functions. Prior to joining Slayton, Kevin served as Director, Executive Search at Guaranteed Rate, and, previously, at Gallagher and Allstate in an internal executive search capacity. Earlier in his career, Kevin worked for an executive recruiting and professional search firm within its industrial practice. Kevin graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and later received an MBA from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois.
