Kevin now manages and delivers leadership search assignments across all functions for SaaS/PaaS/IDaaS businesses, telecommunications platform service providers, and technology consultancy firms. Kevin specializes in conducting searches for Director and Partner roles for clients in the Professional Services sector, extending across various service lines, including Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Audit and Assurance, and Deals Advisory. As the Regional Practice Leader for Private Equity, Kevin collaborates closely with local colleagues and investors across EMEA. Together, they identify, assess, and appoint seasoned executives for C-suite functions and Non-Executive Board Member positions within portfolio companies. With a hands-on approach, Kevin is a trusted advisor, ensuring that each search yields candidates who are uniquely qualified to create substantial value for investors, leading to successful exits. Kevin graduated with a B.A. in Law and Political Science from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. He also holds certifications from Hogan Systems for Leadership and Team Assessments, and he is a certified practitioner in Culture and Executive Search from Hofstede Insights.
