Prior to RRA, he was a consultant at a boutique advisory firm specializing in leadership and corporate governance, where he worked extensively with Japanese companies across the finance, retail, manufacturing, and trading sectors, delivering board and executive-related services that strengthened organizational leadership and strategic direction. His unique perspective combines boardroom insight with market intelligence, drawing from his experience as a business journalist at Nikkei, Japan's leading business newspaper. There, he reported on the railways, tourism, and entertainment industries while covering critical business themes including restructuring, M&A, corporate governance, executive appointments, finance, and labor dynamics. This background enables him to uncover critical market dynamics and translate complex business landscapes into actionable leadership strategies. Keijiro holds a Bachelor of Cultural and Creative Studies from Aoyama Gakuin University. He has earned a Hogan Assessment Certification and is a GLLC (Global Learning and Leadership Center) Certified Professional Coach.
