Katrien Demeester provides trusted advice to boards and senior executives of public and private equity-backed companies across the technology, media, communications, and professional services industries. Based in Brussels, she currently serves as the Belgium Country Manager for Russell Reynolds Associates. Having co-led the firm's global technology officers capability, Katrien also has extensive experience hiring innovative digital and technology officers across all industries. Before joining RRA more than 15 years ago, Katrien served as global operations leader and European resource and development manager at FreeMarkets, a provider of supply chain management software and service solutions. She started her career at Procter & Gamble, where she held various finance positions. Katrien received her commercial engineering degree from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium and her MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. She speaks fluent Dutch, French, and English.
