Katja Stilz has been part of the Alto Consultants GmbH team as co-founder and managing partner since its inception in 1999. In addition to her consulting work focusing on management diagnostics and management development as well as coaching, she is active as a professor in the business psychology program at Fresenius University of Applied Sciences. She laid the foundation for her professional practice as a specialist and long-time manager in the field of management selection and development at a DAX-listed telecommunications company. There, she had the opportunity to (co-)shape company-wide standards and processes from a central role, as well as to establish and manage internal operational service centers for management diagnostics and development in a leading capacity. Her professional passion for guiding and supporting entrepreneurial and individual change processes developed during her psychology studies and has grown steadily ever since. She is particularly interested in the personal drivers of entrepreneurial success, which she was able to explore in greater depth during her doctoral research.
