Katja Pempelfort, a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s London office, is a challenging yet empathetic Executive coach and assessment expert with more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, talent management, coaching and team effectiveness. Coach and leadership development expert Before joining Spencer Stuart, Katja worked for Kiddy & Partners and YSC, two leadership consultancies in London, where she was responsible for managing key client relationships and leading global and pan-European engagements for FTSE100/Fortune 500 multinationals. She also worked with private equity firms, helping them to enhance the effectiveness of portfolio company executive teams and accelerating the development of their own talent. Prior to her career in leadership consulting, Katja spent 10 years in HR leadership roles with blue-chip companies in technology, consumer electronics and financial services. Katja earned a Master of Science in psychology from the University of Cologne, and she holds post graduate diplomas in systemic consulting and executive coaching. She is an ICF accredited executive coach. A German national with extensive international work experience, Katja speaks fluent German and English, and conversational French and Dutch.
