Katja has spent most of her career in the financial services industry. She has held senior roles at ABN AMRO and Kempen Asset Management and served as CEO of Van Lanschot Switzerland. Most recently, she was Head of Private Banking & Wealth Management and a member of the Executive Committee of ING Netherlands. Throughout her career, Katja has built an extensive and diverse professional network of finance experts, cross-sector leaders, and family business executives. She currently serves on the Supervisory Board of Neways Electronics, War Child Netherlands, and the Advisory Board of World Press Photo. Katja holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Radboud University Nijmegen.
