Before joining WittKieffer, Katie served as an intermediate executive recruitment consultant for Indiana University Health. In this role, she led the full-cycle recruitment process for director-level and above leadership positions for the entire integrated health system. She was also a project coordinator, providing project management support and processing data requests for HR and other leaders and team members. In her spare time, Katie enjoys being a mom, traveling to new places, spending quality time with family and friends, and spoiling her three dogs.
