After having completed her high school diploma in economy in 2011 Katharina Herz started a combined study program at DHBW in Lörrach with focus on business administration and trade and services management. During her practical semesters she was able to make use of her knowledge and skills in the areas of logistics, marketing, HR and financial accounting at Carhartt Textilhandels GmbH in Weil am Rhein. She then started her career as a Credit Manager responsible for verifying balance sheet analyses and monitoring payment patterns of major clients. In 2016 she decided that it was time for a change and was offered a Junior Researcher position at MPB Recruitment Group in Basel. This position gives her the opportunity to use her excellent communication skills. In her free time Katharina Herz has been practicing her passion martial arts for more than 15 years and trains kids and teenagers as well. She also likes spending time with her family and friends.
