With ten years of legal experience, Kate serves as Rudish Health’s Head of Legal. Prior to joining Rudish Health, she was an in-house corporate governance attorney for large public companies (Accenture and PepsiCo), where she assisted with public company regulatory filings, director selection and board, committee and annual shareholder meetings. Prior to that, Kate was an associate in the corporate department of the New York law firm Debevoise & Plimpton, where her practice focused on capital market transactions and M&A.
