Kassandra Keller is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. Since joining JM Search, she has successfully placed C level executives in several types of businesses, ranging from private equity portfolio companies to Fortune 150 organizations. Kassandra has deep expertise in commercial and operational leadership across various aspects of healthcare in the private sector, as well as within Fortune 500 companies. In addition to traditional MedTech, Kassandra has also led commercial teams for software and healthcare services companies in public, as well as startup businesses supported by both private and venture equity backed firms for over 20 years. Prior to JM Search, she led all commercial efforts for BioSerenity, a MedTech, healthcare services, and Contract Research Organization company with operations in Europe, Asia and the USA. She has a special aptitude for identifying talent to build best-in-class teams. Kassandra received her B.A. in Communications & Humanistic Studies from St Mary’s College of Notre Dame, Indiana. She is an active member of her community and cherishes time spent with her husband and son.
