Karine is a member of Stanton Chase’s Industrial, Professional Services, and HR & Executive Assessment practice groups. Karine started her career as a Financial Auditor for Deloitte, before leading the industrial practice, and financial responsibilities. She then decided to develop her HR skills and took over the position of HR Manager for Deloitte’s French audit department. Further to this experience, she joined an industrial firm as HR Development Manager, where she was responsible for recruitment, training and management skills. She has worked as a consultant for executive positions in major retained firms in Lyon for several years: Talent Acquisition, Executive Assessment, and Coaching. Karine has a financial background (Master in Finance). An MBTI certified practitioner, Karine is also a qualified user of assessment and personal development tools. She speaks French and English, and she works out of our Paris & Lyon Offices.
