She worked for 15 years as a legal and notary assistant, where her responsibilities included managing trainees. This was followed by four years in press and public relations, including editorial work, and subsequently a stint as a receptionist at a large consumer goods company, where she was jointly responsible for event organization and office management. Karin Schler (formerly Karin Zulauf) has been working at Alto Consultants since 2007. Initially, she took on the tasks of a project assistant and assistant to the managing director. In 2014 she was given the management of the Darmstadt office and since 2016 she has also been responsible for personnel management. In May 2017, Karin Schler was appointed as authorized signatory (sole procuration) of Alto Consultants GmbH in Darmstadt.
