Karin Muscat has 15 years’ experience within executive search working for global firms and local boutiques and a corporate career spanning 23 years. Karin is a Senior Researcher at Odgers Berndtson, South Africa and based in the Johannesburg office. In her role, Karin works with consultants and partners to deliver talent and market insights. Karin has worked in Africa and the Middle East, as well as in select European countries on a variety of functional searches across a number of industries, both traditional and emerging. Karin holds a Bachelor of Arts, with majors in Psychology and English Literature obtained from the University of the Witwatersrand.
