Karen-Elise is a Partner in Eric Salmon & Partners’ Life Sciences Practice. She works on national and international senior level search assignments for multi-national clients across a variety of functional areas with a focus on general management and market-oriented roles. She also works on assignments for specialty functions within the life sciences field, as well as support functions. Before joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Karen-Elise was Senior Client Partner in the Global Life Sciences Practice of a leading international executive search firm where she was responsible for activities in the German market. Prior to that, she built up the life sciences activities in the German and Swiss markets for another global executive search firm. Before moving into executive search, Karen worked as a management consultant with AT Kearney, mainly in the areas of internationalisation, sales and marketing strategy and M&A. She earned a Master’s of International Business Administration from the School of Corporate Management in Vallendar, Germany, and Lancaster Business School in Lancaster, UK.
