Leveraging more than twenty years in the telecommunications industry at AT&T, Karen brings extensive firsthand understanding of the operational imperatives and leadership challenges facing corporate clients today. She has been active in executive search and management consulting since 2011 and joined the Beaumont Group in 2014 as Managing Partner to drive expansion in the Middle East region and support the firm’s global TMT practice. Karen’s career at AT&T spans multiple geographies and crosses a wide range of business disciplines and functional areas, including senior leadership roles in business strategy, market development, corporate operations, mergers and acquisitions and public affairs. An avid team builder and leader, she has driven the expansion of AT&T businesses involving equity partner relationships in Europe, Canada, Mexico and the Middle East. She has extensive experience in joint venture operations, performance management and governance. She has both chaired and served on the board of directors for numerous AT&T joint venture companies, as well as advisory boards for professional and non-profit organizations. She holds master and bachelor degrees in liberal arts earned at universities in the US and Europe, as well as a Master of International Business Administration degree from the University of South Carolina. Karen is a long time resident of the United Arab Emirates and maintains dual home base locations in Belgium and the United States.
