Bringing a deep breadth and depth in the real estate and construction sector prior to joining Stanton Chase, Kaitlyn was the Corporate Human Resources Director at Continental Realty Corporation. She has over eight years of strategic and multi-jurisdictional HR experience that positions her to quickly understand key business and human capital needs and position talented leaders effectively. Kaitlyn holds an M.S. in Human Resource Development from Towson University and a dual B.A. from McDaniel College in English and Communication. As an expert in today’s talent and leadership space, she holds an advanced certificate from Cornell University in executive talent, PHR and SHRM-CP designations, and is certified in the Predictive Index and as a Hogan Assessment Consultant for executive leadership assessments.
