Justine’s deep scientific knowledge combined with her capital markets background and leadership consulting experience enables her to bring her clients a unique perspective. Justine focuses on advising innovative organizations with R&D at their core across the global pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, generics, consumer health, agtech and food tech industries. Justine joined Coulter Partners in 2022, based in London. As a banker with SG Cowen in the early 2000s, Justine advised biotech companies on cross-border M&A and international fundraising. She then spent a decade at Brunswick Group where she co-led the international healthcare team, working with pharma and biotech companies in the US and Europe on the critical communications aspects of agreed and hostile M&A transactions, as well as crafting equity stories ahead of IPOs and private financing rounds. Most recently at MWM, she focused on building boards and senior leadership teams for some of the world’s largest healthcare companies as well as many PE-backed growth companies. Justine holds a BSc in Pharmacology and a PhD in Molecular Therapeutics from the University of Edinburgh, UK.
