June Parker leads the Leadership and Coaching practice. With over 20 years of experience working with CEOs, executives, and senior leaders, June is a highly qualified executive coach. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation and holds CDAA accreditation. June’s career spans roles as an executive, an external coach, an in-house leadership coach, and a consultant running her own coaching business. As a result, she has strong business and leadership skills and quickly grasps the needs of her clients. June is challenging, proactive and future-focused. In 2020, June designed and built the state-of-the-art career platform Career Accelerator. It was acquired by Future Leadership and further developed into Executive Accelerator. The platform integrates digital and face-to-face learning, enabling participants to optimise their one-on-one time with coaches while engaging deeply with practical career development components online. With post-graduate qualifications in Leadership, Human Resources and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, June’s studies in neuroscience and brain health reflect her passion for continuous learning.
