Supporting Russell Reynolds Associates as Senior Executive for Finance, with the overall responsibility for Finance and HR for the RRA offices in Denmark and Norway. Contributing with both financial and operational support to the Danish Country Manager and the consultants in Denmark and Norway. Key areas and responsibilities as following: -Monthly reporting to UK/USA -Preparing monthly projection- and variance analysis -Forecasting, preparation and monitoring the annual budget -Payroll handling, monitoring and analysing -Financial and operational support through assessment and analysis of KPI's, preparing data and -securing compliance with legislations and financial policies -Oversee all Tax and VAT related areas -Preparing the annual accounts, tax return and cooperate with the external auditors regarding audits -Point of contact for: Auditors, Attorney, Tax authorities, Bank etc. -Point of contact for HR related issues - employment contracts, sick leave, maternity-/paternity leave et al. -Assisting the business and employee when returning from sick leave due to stress/burn-out - with a reinstatement plan etc.
