Julie is a Partner at Odgers and Head of Media & Entertainment in the UK. Based in London with over two decades in media and marketing, Jules McKeen leads C-suite appointments in the global media and entertainment industry, including TV & film, OTTs, music, publishing, marketing services and production. Julie is also a member of the Odgers Investor Backed Scale Ups. Before moving to executive search, Jules held leadership roles in major advertising agencies, including running pan European business for Unilever’s personal care business. Jules has also founded two D2C businesses as well as advising startup and scale up businesses in Nigeria and London. She is a mentor and advisor for technology startups at accelerator programme Techstars London and a member of the Royal Television Society’s EEE committee. Jules sits on the Advisory Board for LGBTQIA+ healthtech startup LVNDR.
