Previously, Julie worked at a multinational search firm as a Managing Consultant and a Senior Associate in Healthcare Technology and Services. For a large U.S. bank, she was First Vice President, Executive Talent Acquisition, focusing on Enterprise Information Services and Corporate Functions. She managed relationships with hiring executives, provided consulting on search strategies, and handled the full lifecycle recruiting process.
