She holds over 25 years’ experience in executive search with a strong reputation for advising clients on Chair, Non-Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer and senior executive appointments which require focused search activity beyond traditional networks. Julia is a key member of the global industrial practice which brings together our international Aerospace and Defence, Transportation and Infrastructure, Mining and Resources and the Chemical Process practices. Julia also leads the not-for-profit practice in Australia. Julia is committed to excellence and ensuring quality, driving creativity, diversity and professionalism for her clients. Her business intelligence is deep and insightful, having developed trusted relationships with clients and candidates built on respect and integrity. Julia began her career with the Odgers Berndtson London office back in 2005 as a Principal within the not-for-profit practice before relocating to Australia and working in a boutique search firm for 9 years. Originally from the United Kingdom, Julia holds a Master of Arts (Honours) in International Relations and Modern History from the University of St Andrews.
