Judi is a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach at Royer Thompson, dedicated to helping leaders and organizations thrive. With a decade of experience in this role, she specializes in executive coaching, strategic HR consultation, workplace assessments, organizational design and advising senior teams on cultivating workplace culture. A certified coach and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Judi is passionate about leadership development and transformation. Previously, Judi served as Deputy Minister for the NS Department of Human Resources and as Commissioner for the Public Service Commission. In addition, she served as Deputy Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs, Protocol Office, Military Affairs and Deputy Minister of the Office of Aboriginal Affairs. Judi holds a BEd from Saint Mary’s University and a Diploma in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University.
