Phd in Economic Sciences from UNED, Master in Business Administration (MBA) from IESE and Master in Portfolio Management from IE Business School. As a professional, he has more than 20 years of experience in Financial Markets, having worked in different positions at Chase Manhattan Bank, JP Morgan and UBS. In this entity, and until 2018 he was responsible for the Asset Management business development for Spain and Portugal, serving institutional clients: collective investment managers, pension plans, insurance companies, private banks, central banks, etc. . He was also member of the UBS Spain Management Committee. After leaving UBS, he took part in Eyeperformance launch, a Fintech specialized in quantitative and artificial intelligence models for institutional clients, being responsible for Business development for Spain and Portugal. Before joining STATUS EMA PARTNERS SPAIN as a consulting partner in July 2021, he was a partner of Whitebird Partners, a consulting company specialized in Executive Search, Management Assessment, Coaching and Interim Management for the Legal, Banking and Financial Services, Construction, Energy , Life Sciences, IT and Venture Capital sectors. At an academic level, he has participated in conferences and teaching at universities such as ICADE, CUNEF, Instituto de Empresa and Villanueva as university professor. He has published research articles in different scientific journals related to the financial sector. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
