José Ignacio Jiménez joined the firm in 2003 as Director to lead theprProfessional Services, Energy, and Public Sector practice. In 2004, he was appointed Managing Director of the Search Area and in 2007, Managing Partner.Generalfrom Talengo Spain. He began his professional career at Arthur Andersen as an Auditor and Consultant in the Energy sector. He later worked at EDS Electronic.DataSystems in different international financial positions. His experience in executive search began more than 20 years ago, specializing in positions in the Professional Services environment, as well as in the Energy and Public sectors. He has participated in partner searches for variousprPractices for prestigious law firms, both in growth and startup scenarios. He is an expert in management committee and board positions, as well as in executive evaluation in M&As. José Ignacio holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid. He is a member of the Círculo de Empresarios (Business Circle) and a member of the AESC (Association ofExecutive SearchConsultants). He is also a Patron of the Caico Foundation for aid and cooperation with childhood cancer.
